Board of Directors

Board Chairman

Dr Keith Goh

Keith is the Medical Director of International Neuro Associates, and a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon based at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, where he specializes in pediatric neurosurgery. Keith has more than 30 years of medical experience, and is well-known for performing complex surgeries to separate conjoined twins, as well as conducting clinical trials using stem cells to treat children with neurological conditions. As one of the Founders of Make-A-Wish Singapore in 2003, he granted his first wish to a child who wished for a blue piano. Since then, he has served in many roles, including Board Chair of Make-A-Wish International from 2007-2010.

Vice Chairman

Mr Rajendra Pai

Raj is currently Head of Strategic Investments for a large multinational, tasked with the development and deployment of the company's investment strategy in Asia (ex-Japan). Prior to returning to Asia, he was a Director with the same firm in its investment arm in New York. There, he was lead member of a team of investment professionals that managed over US$2 billion of assets. Previously, he worked with the same conglomerate in Singapore as their Chief Trader for petrochemicals covering global markets. Raj has worked and lived in Mumbai, London, New York and now calls Singapore home. He has been a Wish Granter and remains actively involved with Make-A-Wish since 2007.


Mr Paul D'Souza

Paul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds a BA degree from London Business School. He currently works at Chubb Insurance in the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific Zone. Prior to joining Chubb, Paul worked for First Data Corporation based in the UK and Singapore. He had also held senior Finance roles over the course of twelve years at Citibank in UK and India.


Mr Richard Yong

Richard is the Managing Director of Philip Stein Asia, taking care of the South East Asia Pacific operations. He started as a Wish Granter during the early years of Make-A-Wish Singapore and found the experience very fulfilling as he helped to make a positive impact on children with life-threatening illnesses.


Mr Davy Lau Chun Wah

Davy is currently managing his private direct investment company, DGL Group Inc. He sits on the board of Nasday listed hiSoft Technology International Ltd (NASDAQ:HSFT) and is a member of the Governance Committee of United World College South East Asia as well as some of his investee companies. Previously, he was with various global firms such as Egon Zehnder International, GTECH Corporation, Citigroup, among other companies.


Ms Gillian Tay Weng Boon

Gillian is a self-motivated consultant and entrepreneur with a wide range of experiences in investment, services, sales, hospitality, fashion, events and creative industry. She then switched to the real estate and investment industry for the past 25 years, advising high net worth clients on local, global real estate, relocation & investment products. She also manages seminars, training & conferences world wide for The Global Institute for Risk management standards (G31000) since 2012. Gillian has been serving as council member of the International Real Estate Federation from 2008 till date. She was the Chairperson of the Disciplinary & Mediation Panel of Singapore Accredited Estate Agency and ex-President of The Cosmopolitan Women's Club.


Dr Low Yee

Dr Low is a senior paediatric surgeon at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and has been working with children since 1997. She heads the department of Pediatric Surgery and is concurrently deputy chair of the Division of Surgery. An adjunct Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Dr Low is involved in undergraduate medical education and has earned an Executive MBA from Insead Business School in 2015. In her daily work, she journeys with children with various life-threatening medical conditions and hopes to contribute further by bringing these children joy and hope as they see their wishes granted.


Mr David Ong

David is a partner with EY Singapore where he leads the Asean Corporate Services practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on the set up of businesses and their back-office support like accounting, payroll and corporate secretarial functions. His extensive portfolio of clients comprises multinationals and local businesses, spanning various industries such as general trading, shipping, manufacturing and assembly, retail, PE funds, pharmaceutical and property development. David and his family have been actively involved in fund raising and wish granting activities for Make-A-Wish Singapore. Being a father of three young children, it means a lot to him to be able to contribute and help bring hope and happiness to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
