  2. Keluarga

Kanak-kanak juga dapat hubungi kami lansung.

2.

Kami berbual dengan Ibubapa seseorang budak yang mempunyai hasrat.

3.

First, they help Wish Children identify their true, hearfelt wishes. They also find out about alternative wishes, in case the foundation is unable to grant the first wish. Wish granters also consult patients families to better understand their wishes.

4.

FAQ

HOW WE MAKE WISHES COME TRUE

From the anticipation, to the wish itself, and the memories that it creates – each unique wish journey provides a welcome diversion for children and teenagers going through difficult medical treatments. A wish can also be a positive experience for families in challenging times. A child may wish for anything, and we’ll do everything we possibly can to make it happen.

HOW IT WORKS

We take each child on a carefully designed, unique journey where they anticipate and experience their most cherished wish coming true. This journey gives these really sick kids and teens hope for the future, strength to face the challenges of their illness, and joy from their incredible wish experience. The positive impact of a wish lasts long after the wish has been granted, and together with medical treatment, helps your child in the battle for their health.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A WISH

To bring magic to more children in Singapore, we have since expanded our eligibility guidelines, and the revised criteria is now as follows: • Between the ages of 3 and 18 years old • Singaporean / Permanent Resident / Foreign child with Dependent or Student Pass • Has a life-threatening medical condition • Has not benefited from a wish before

APPLYING FOR A WISH

To apply for a wish, please click on Refer a Child. We'll let you know once we've received your application and will be in touch again once we've confirmed your child's eligibility. Our wonderful Make-A-Wish volunteers (called Wish Granters) will then arrange to visit your child at a convenient time, introduce themselves to your child and your family, and start a conversation about what their cherished wish may be.

A CHERISHED WISH

Asking someone to make a wish for something incredibly special and meaningful to them can be a challenging question, and one that needs a lot of thought. Therefore, it's quite common for children to take some time to think of their one, true cherished wish. Our volunteers will encourage your child to take their time.

THE WISH JOURNEY

By the time your child's chosen a wish, their wish journey has already begun. Once we've tapped into their imagination to capture their true cherished wish, we'll take them on a wondrous journey of anticipation in the lead up to their wish coming true. We carefully design a unique wish journey for each child, to build resilience while igniting positivity and fight. So expect to hear from us regularly!

THE IMPACT OF A WISH

Our wonderful Wish Team works closely with our incredible volunteers to not only pull together all the elements required to make your child's wish come true, but also to make sure the wish comes true in exactly the way your child imagined it (or better!). We work meticulously to get this right so we can ensure your child experiences the positive impact of the healing power of a wish.
